THE boy killed in flooding in Witney has been named as 17-year-old Max Sullivan-Webb.

He was also known locally as Max Weeden.

Neighbours at his home in Judds Close paid tribute today.

It is expected that his family will make some comments later this afternoon.

Flowers have been left at the site of the tragedy.

One from Kyomi and family saying: "I can't believe this has happened."

The other teenager injured is said to be doing well, but very shocked by the death of his friend.
