Locals warned over card skimmer |

Potential card fraud victims are being urged to check their bank accounts after a skimming device was found on a cash machine in an Oxfordshire town. Thames Valley Police said it was found on the NatWest machine on Banbury Road in Summertown on Tuesday night.
They are urging anyone who has used the machine recently to cancel their cards.
Card skimming devices are used to copy debit and credit card details and film the person entering their PIN number. The data is then used to clone it.
Det Con John Knight, from the intelligence bureau, said: "Unfortunately, these devices are getting more and more sophisticated and can be difficult to spot.
