Starting Rehab after ACL surgery - 29/09/06 10:19
Hi everyone,
I had ACL surgery about two weeks ago.   (That is what happens after you are playing football and your mind thinks that you are still 20 and your body begs to differ)
This has been the hardest two weeks of my life! I think I am starting to get better and my doctor thinks so too. He suggested I start rehab soon 
Anyone have any rehab tricks? How did you cope with the months of rehab? My doctor says it could be nine months until I am back on the field! Did anyone have better results? and when my knee finally heals, will it be almost as good as it once was?
I hope I can get back on my feet soon. If I have to watch one more episode of "Neighbours" or "Doctors" I think I'll go mad!
