Hi Summer,
I guess I'm just too 'corporate' to agree totally with it. While good choices in foods are probably more well understood perhaps by those that are more intelligent, I think that the time factor for those that work at higher end jobs defeats their good intentions many times. It has for me anyway. I just felt perhaps the author had missed a variable there that could've been included. It WAS an interesting piece, I just immediately questioned the critical values used.
I suppose I should focus more on my diet than this! LOL
