Well, these seem to be some very interesting hypotheses, but I'm not sure it would be that cut and dried. There are many reasons for a healthier lifestyle and even living in a small town such as Witney might be less stressful and therefore healthier overall. I just feel there would be many corporate executives that just 'grab and run' their food, and therefore eat less healthfully, although they might prefer a vegetarian lifestyle. Time in finding and preparing food, especially when one travels in business can be more difficult and there are many reasons, as least to me, why someone would be living a healthier lifestyle than others.
