It is an utter disgrace what it happening to the children in this country, but the problem is not just with the schools but also with parents. It seems that some do not want to accept responsibility for ensuring their children are properly fed, but instead seem to blame the schools alone.
If it wasn't for Jamie Oliver things would have never changed in school and the Govt had to act cause of massive media attention.
