Now that I think of it Adaware may be not such a good choice. There are other spam removers out there.
I have heard a rumor that Adaware leaves a little bit of its own spyware on your system... though it has seemed ok for my uses. I have never had that much spyware so I haven't had that much to delete.
(If you don't want to be bombarded with spyware stay on the beaten path... so don't visit places that you wouldn't mind having your grandma looking over your shoulder while you do it...)
