I would open lots of different bank accounts. Give interest to certain worthwhile causes that would benefit greatly!, Family members only too. I wouldn't touch the lump sum. As it would earn £5m a year in interest. £7m if wisely invested.
I would get out of the UK. I could live all over the world. As long as the UK is run like it is now. I wouldn't come back.
You wouldn't need to tell anyone and still live a great life. (Well apart from Family who wouldn't say anything if they valued the money you would give them)
Plus i would never buy a lottery ticket again ever, I would tell every casino in the would to ban me. So you wouldn't be tempted to spend any of the money stupidly.
Finally maybe i will buy votes so i can ruine this country even more....
