Personally for myself...I will call the guy first because sometimes they are waiting to see if we are really interested and as for the good ole days, yes, it was only the guy who called first. Today I feel if I do not take that first step, it could be a great potential for me, and out the door it goes! After this though, I may wait for the guy to call first because than it tells me he is interested.
After a while if it is just me calling, well, than I would have to rethink the whole situation because once in a while it is nice for a guy to call me first. If they do not call me, than I begin to wonder why and may continue my walk elsewhere.
