I really enjoy reading blogs when I am looking for escapism. I have wasted many hours reading blogs beginning to end. One of my favourites is "This fish needs a Bicycle" (http://thisfish.ivillage.com/love/) , maybe because it so often sounds like MY life  Once you have found one blog you enjoy, you can follow the links to infinity and waste countless hours reading.
Otherwise you can always go to YouTube and watch video's about whatever you want.
