I think it's very personal and depends hugely on the environment. I would worry if a lawyer was dressed like that, but a receptionist not so much.
I would be interested to hear what the men have to say on the subject! Does it make them uncomfortable, or do they enjoy ogling a bit during a dull work day?

what to wear in your workplace is a tough question to address and – of course – it does depend upon the type of occupation you are involved in.
