I seems to bit agree with Karen
Do small things that make people feel good. Study the reactions of those around you, and act toward them the way you wish they would act toward you. It really works. Instead of walking around with a mug on, smile gently, make eye contact with people. Don't avoid people. Soften your own barriers. Most of the time those barriers just make you up tight and unhappy, anyway. Taking drugs will not help the reasons you get depressed, changing your own outlook might. Try being kind.
