Re:Should smoking drivers be prosecuted? - 16/11/07 16:03 Oh, sure, next it will be, let's see: make it illegal to drive without chewing gum, blowing bubbles; also, one will be arrest-worthy is he/she is caught with books in the car, in the event one might have urge to read whilst driving; or how about taxing us extra if we care to listen to our favorite CDs while singing along, as this could severely divert our attention from other wayward drivers, doing same.

All such a bunch of bollocks.
