Do you know what astounds me with this government, is the obsessive need to tell us what we are doing wrong, smoking, now drinking, eating too much.
Why are they not concentrating on the problems with the country and how to run it and let us the people run our own lives, however unsuitable they deem them to be.
The report about drinking levels astounded me, in France and in Italy and a lot of european countries they drink wine probably every day with an evening meal, we are told they have very good health levels due to oils and such like in the european diet. Why then oh why then is the government of France, Italy, etc.etc. not going on about concerns for health over the consumption of wine there.
People who used to relax with a cigarette now relax with a glass of wine, I could not do it every night as could not afford it, but now this is wrong. Stress will probably be the biggest killer, once they have us regimented us not to smoke, drink, or watch the t.v.
God help us if we make a decision in our lives by ourselves. What is this country coming too.
