What do we also think about eating chocolate or a sandwich?

Or chatting with your passenger, or having kids, be pre-occupied with their welfare especially when in kids seats at the rear?

Where does one draw a line here?

I'm a non-smoker by the way, in case you wonder, but tired of legislation and would need some genuine facts and figures to support these types of regulation which police, in any case, will often find impossible to enforce, lets focus on far more important matters unless anyone has some genuine evidence that smoking causes accidents?
