I don;t listen to anything related to health, whether it emanates from the food industry, doctors or researchers. Almost everyone involved is being paid off by someone, producers, drug companies, manufacturers of supplements, and none of them can be trusted. If we avoided all th things we've been told are dangerous and tried to eat all the things said to be essential we'd all be bankrupt, mad and no healthier.
