The internet is a great place, but if everyone took common sense steps to protect themselves then it would make it a lot hard for crooks to get hold of peoples personnel data.
Making sure you have the latest version of your preferred web-browser and latest anti-virus software & firewall is a start.
I cannot believe the amount of people who go onto the internet with no security protection whatsever.... then moan when something happens to them.
